Project Description
The site was a hotel project near coastal area where a massive slab beam had to be designed to take load of building.

Challenges
The beam size was 1m wide and 1.2m height. The column to column distance was 6m. Project team wanted concrete which exhibited property of rapid strength gaining and fast setting.

Solution
RMC team recommended M40 PrismXpress. It is an early high strength concrete which was used for the project. The gain in strength within a short period of time exceeded the expectation of the customer.
